The whole box represents the Octus Award Box that can also been seen in the game. It’s made of some sort of soft material. Inside you can see a replica of the Octus Service Medal.

The medal is made of actual steel and feels quite heavy. There’s a code that unlocks Adam Fenix in the multiplayer mode engraved in it.

This edition also comes with a fabric COG flag. Inside the folded flag are some extras as well: the personal effects of Adam Fenix, consisting of his Last Will, Hammer of Dawn schematics, pictures, a letter and a document for the Service Medal.

The game doesn’t come in the regular case. Instead, the box represents the encrypted disc that plays a role in the game’s story. Inside is also a sticker sheet.

In conclusion, this is a very nice collector’s edition. It has some pretty unique items, such as the flag and the metal COG, and the box is well suited for displaying on a shelf. It was relatively cheap when it came out, yet the contents are of high quality. A good item.
