Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Fortissimo Edition
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Fortissimo Edition
Platform: Wii U
Year: 2016
Region: PAL
Tokyo Mirage Session #FE is an RPG developed exclusively for Wii U by Atlus. The game features an interesting blend of Fire Emblem, Shin Megami Tensei and Japanese pop culture. It was released in June of 2016, and aside from the standard version a special bundle, called Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Fortissimo Edition, was made available as well.
This version comes in one of those boxes you often see for special editions published by Nintendo. It looks pretty stylish, black with neon colors and dynamic slanted lines, and on the front an artwork of the game’s characters.
Now, let’s take a look at the contents. First of all, the game itself, with a colorful, illustrated cover.
It also comes with a softcover artbook, containing artworks of the game’s characters, environments, weapons and enemies. There’s also some developer commentary in there, and the lyrics to the songs.

Further included is a plastic bag with some extras.
Inside is a soundtrack cd, a logical choice for a game centered around a music theme.
Then, there are a couple of song cards. These contain the lyrics of songs from the game, presumably so you can sing along. If you feel inclined to. On the other side are the characters.
Some stickers of characters from the game in ‘chibi’ style.
Lastly, a bunch of codes that give you free downloadable content: four additional costumes, Tokyo Millennium Collection (fashion show plus additional costumes) and Hunter Support Quest Pack (three individual new quests).
A pretty solid bundle, especially for the attractive price of just onder €70. It looks like the Wii U has another great exclusive with this game, and having a nice special edition of such a title is always fun.
