The sequel to the first Trails through Daybreak, The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II came out in Japan in 2022, with the western release happening more than two years later, in February of 2025. As always, the physical version came in the form of a ‘Deluxe Edition’, which included the typical ensemble of extras.

That means a voucher with a number of music tracks from the game, and a mini artbook.

The artbook contains character descriptions and full-page illustrations. As always it’s just a few pages long, but it’s a nice extra to have nonetheless.

Lastly, there’s an artwork on the inside of the cover as well. It doesn’t really look like a reversible cover as was the case with the previous game, since this side doesn’t have the PS5 logo or game title on it.
